This is my biggest recommendation to date. I have known Sofie for over 10 years and am repeatedly impressed by the multitude of skills she possesses. In addition to having a great eye for style, she is one of the few who can convert it into communication that truly resonates—not just says something. She knows what's happening in culture and therefore always delivers solutions with incredibly sharp insights and observations.
Sofie is not only a fabulous designer with a fantastic ability to stretch design beyond what guidelines dictate, but she is also conceptually very sharp at boiling down the essence of the problem to a creative solution that challenges and engages. In addition to being an incredibly good colleague, Sofie also has enormous leadership potential and is a really good judge of character. She genuinely takes care of others around her and manages to make everyone feel seen and heard.

Sofie worked as an Art Director at Kunde & Co and REVOLT for a combined total of 5 years under my leadership. It is with great pleasure that I write a recommendation for Sofie because although her title was Art Director, she took on many more roles. Sofie thinks deeply and beautifully; she can animate, design, and illustrate projects that touch something in everyone who sees them. Throughout her time at REVOLT, Sofie consistently impressed clients and colleagues with her ability to translate complex concepts into compelling visual storytelling. Her creativity and enthusiasm in developing campaigns and design tasks are both refreshing and inspiring. She is never afraid to dive into new innovative ways of thinking about ideas, but they are always built on strong human insights. Whether the project
was sustainable construction or menstrual cups, Sofie always leads with dedication and love for creativity. I have enjoyed
